How group departures work

Group departures (our group shared service, at USD $449 for the 4-day and USD $499 for the 5-day) run only on confirmed scheduled dates. Each group has a minimum of 4 trekkers to confirm (otherwise the departure stays as "to be confirmed") and a maximum of around 16 per group. The guide leads the group in both English and Spanish so international and local trekkers can join the same departure. Private service is available any day, by custom quote — message us on WhatsApp or via the contact form.

Status meaning

• Guaranteed departure — the minimum number of trekkers is met. The trek will run on this date. You can book with confidence.
• To be confirmed — we are accepting bookings but we still need more trekkers to confirm the group. If the group does not form, we offer a full refund or move you to another date.
• Group full — all spots have been taken. Contact us for the next available date.
• Booking closed — the date is too close (less than 72 hours away) to accept online bookings.
