How group departures work

Group departures run on confirmed scheduled dates. Each group has a minimum of 4 trekkers (otherwise the departure is "to be confirmed") and a maximum of 8–10 depending on the trek. The guide leads the group in both English and Spanish so international and local trekkers can join the same departure.

Status meaning

• Guaranteed departure — the minimum number of trekkers is met. The trek will run on this date. You can book with confidence.
• To be confirmed — we are accepting bookings but we still need more trekkers to confirm the group. If the group does not form, we offer a full refund or move you to another date.
• Group full — all spots have been taken. Contact us for the next available date.
• Booking closed — the date is too close (less than 72 hours away) to accept online bookings.
